Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped USPS First Class, Priority or UPS. 
Orders can take up to 2 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.
Possible Delays:
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time-frame.To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please contact us at info@shopgoldenchic.com if you have any issues and we will do our best to assist you.

Return/Refund Policy

If you don't absolutely love your new purchase (if that’s even possible), you may return your item(s) within 7 days from the delivery date. All items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached and accompanied by your receipt. 
Bodysuits, graphic tees, and accessories -including bags are FINAL SALE. Due to the delicate nature of sequined items, they are also FINAL SALE.
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear or staining
• For initial returns, customer must contact orders@shopgoldenchic.com for a paid return label. Any subsequent returns will result in the customer being responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Upon receipt of your package, your return will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and refund has been issued
• All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
• Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. If you can't send the original invoice, please contact orders@shopgoldenchic.com with the subject line "Return Invoice Needed" along with your name and order number and a return invoice will be emailed to you.
Keep the tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
