An Update About Our Shipping Policy

Due to recent changes at USPS, some customers have experienced delays in receiving their Golden Chic Orders. We pride ourselves in providing outstanding Customer Service and we want all of our Golden Chic Babes to have a fabulous experience when shopping with us. Going forward we ship all orders via UPS. Please note as with any carrier, issues can arise and we will do our best to assist you.

When will my order be processed?

  • All orders are processed, and shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday (with the exception of made to order tee's). In some cases, orders placed Monday- Friday prior to 3PM EST will ship same day

Can I track my package?

  • You can track your package using the supplied tracking number sent in your order shipped confirmation email. If you do not have a tracking number please contact customer care for additional assistance. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.

My order says delivered but I don't have it?

  • Please first contact your local UPS office. They have access to specific GPS technology and can help tell you exactly where your postal carrier delivered the package. Golden Chic is not responsible for orders once they show delivered. If your package doesn't show up within 48 hours please email orders@shopgoldenchic.com

I want to ship UPS but that is not an option

  • UPS will not deliver to USPS P.O. Boxes. If you would like to use this option, please enter a physical address.
