When will my order ship?
Fast, babe! We pack and ship within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, no holidays).
Where do you ship from?
We’re an online-only boutique, shipping straight outta Ohio. U.S. orders usually land in 3–5 business days, Canada 2–8.
Do you have a size chart?
Of course. Find it here
Can I track my package?
Yes, boo. Use the tracking number in your email or click here. No tracking? Hit up customer care. PSA: we’re not responsible for lost, wrong-address, or refused packages.
It says “delivered” but I don’t see it…
First stop: your local post office or UPS (they’ve got GPS receipts). Still no package after 48 hours? Email us: orders@shopgoldenchic.com Once it’s marked delivered, it’s out of our hands.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only if you’re quick! Once it ships, you’ll have to wait and return it.
Didn’t get a confirmation email?
Check that spam folder, queen. Still nothing? We may have the wrong email—contact us and we’ll resend.
Ordered on the weekend with expedited shipping?
Weekend = chill mode. We ship next business day.
Delivery delays?
Carriers sometimes move on their time. Use your tracking number for updates. If they can’t help, email us—we’ll step in.
