We want you to love every Golden Chic purchase. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

📦 SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed and shipped from Cincinnati, Ohio within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Information:
Standard Shipping (US): $9.95 (3-5 business days)
Express Shipping (US): $35 (1-2 business days)
Free Standard Shipping (US): On orders over $99
Canada Shipping: 2-8 business days, shipping calculated at checkout

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days from delivery for an exchange, or store credit (issued via e-gift card). Items must be in original, new, unworn condition with tags attached. Please allow up to 3 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed once received back.
Canada Orders: Return within 14 days from the shipping date. 

(an additional $25 fee will apply if item(s) show signs of staining or wear).

$5.95 return fee applies ONLY to exchanges. No return fee for store credit returns
(to cover shipping the replacement item)

Non-Returnable Items:
All Accessories (jewelry, handbags, etc.)
Gift cards, Sale items or items marked FINAL SALE

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect: Contact us within 10 days of delivery for a resolution of a replacement or a refund

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to customer. 

Return Policy Update Notice:
Orders placed prior to our return policy update will still be honored under the previous policy. Due to system changes, some returns may not process online — if this applies to you, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with a manual return.
