- When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed, and shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday (with the exception of made to order tee's). In some cases, orders placed Monday- Thursday prior to 3PM EST may ship same day. Orders placed after 3pm Monday -Friday, will be processed the following business day. Any order placed after 3pm Friday or on a holiday will be processed on the following business day.
- Where do you ship from/Where are you located?
We are online only. All orders are processed, and shipped from Minnesota. Provided there are no carrier delays (beyond our control), you can typically expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. Unless noted otherwise.
- Do you have a size chart?

- Can I track my package?
You can track your package using the supplied tracking number sent in your order shipped confirmation email. If you do not have a tracking number please contact customer care for additional assistance. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
- My order says delivered but I don't have it?
Please first contact your local post office or UPS office. They have access to specific GPS technology and can help tell you exactly where your postal carrier delivered the package. Golden Chic is not responsible for orders once they show delivered. If your package doesn't show up within 48 hours please email email@example.com
- I want to ship UPS but that is not an option
UPS will not deliver to USPS P.O. Boxes. If you would like to use this option, please enter a physical address.
- Can I Modify/Cancel my order?
Please contact service right away. In some instances, your order can be fixed. If your order has been shipped, you will need to wait until your order arrives then follow instructions to return.
- Can I place an order by phone?
Yes! Contact us at 770-325-3765 M-F 10a-5pm EST to place your order by phone. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
- Why I haven’t received a confirmation email?
It’s possible the email went straight to your bulk/spam folder, or we may have an incorrect email address on file. Contact customer care and we will verify whether your order was placed and re-send any confirmation emails.
- I placed my order on the weekend with expedited shipping. Why hasn’t it shipped?
All orders placed on weekends or US holidays will be processed the following business day
What is your Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Orders typically take 1-2 business day to be processed (with the exception of made to order tee's) unless noted otherwise.
- Possible Delays:
We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. These packages can arrive outside of the estimated time-frame. To track your order please use tracking number emailed or texted to you once your order has been shipped. If there are any issues regarding you delivery, please contact your local carrier to investigate. If they are not able to assist, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will do our best to assist you.
- What is your Return/Refund Policy
If you don't absolutely love your new purchase (if that’s even possible), you may return your item(s) within 7 days from the delivery date. All items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached and accompanied by your receipt.
• Bodysuits, graphic tees, sale items (ending in .99) and accessories -including bags are FINAL SALE. Due to the delicate nature of sequined items, they are also FINAL SALE.
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear or staining
• For initial returns, customer must contact email@example.com for a paid return label. Any subsequent returns will result in the customer being responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are not refundable. Keep the tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Upon receipt of your package, your return will be processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed and refund has been issued
