Updated Return & Exchange Policy Effective 1/1/25:
Return within 7 days from delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in original, new, unworn condition with tags attached.
Canada Orders: Return within 14 days from the shipping date.

Golden Chic will only provide a free return label for shipping errors, damaged items and/or exchanges. All other reasons (like sizing issues, changed mind,etc), a $5.95 fee (US) or $9.95 fee (Canada) will be deducted from your refund total to cover return shipping & restocking (an additional $25 fee will apply if item(s) show signs of staining or wear).
