Return & Exchange Policy
Return within 7 days from delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in original, new, unworn condition with tags attached. Please allow up to 3 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed once received back.
Canada Orders: Return within 14 days from the shipping date.

Golden Chic will only provide a free return label for shipping errors, damaged items and/or exchanges. All other reasons (like sizing issues, changed mind,etc), a $5.95 fee (US) or $9.95 fee (Canada) will be deducted from your refund total to cover return shipping & restocking (an additional $25 fee will apply if item(s) show signs of staining or wear).
- Returns must be received within 7 days of the label issue date; otherwise, they will be canceled.
